Welcome to My Humanity Company! A company created so all people have a stake in it, profits made will contribute to one big humanity’s savings account to help improve and finally change the world. This project is to create a company similar to being a Helping Hand for our future generations of children so when we pass away, we have assurance The Helping Hand of Humanity will be looking and caring for our future generations.

This project is the project of all projects. Every human being should join in to help start this journey. It is about time something like this takes root. Some people might call our company a Radical Social Enterprise concept. We try to find the cures not the symptoms in solving social issues. We will also set aside 5% of funds to give to many nonprofits so they can continue doing great work for society everywhere.We invented many disruptive concepts to bring to humanity called

Humanity Cooperative Super Centers-(this cooperative project can create 2 million new jobs or more with higher wages for workers also). These are not vaporwares but real new concepts in the business world currently not in use today. These inventions will help make money for humanity at the same time can save money for consumers everywhere. We bring solutions to the world. For example, I have invented a new concept in home selling that can help home sellers sell homes for very low commissions with even more services offered to the home seller.This will be very disruptive when it comes out in the next 6-7 years as we cannot offer this until we have success with our first project My Humanity Social Network.

One day people can sell their homes for as low as you can imagine but because we are a company that do not want to destroy agency jobs, we have designed it to benefit agents and help them make even more money so we decided to go with a 2% to 3% commission rate. My system can go down to as low as .25% to 1% but that would eliminate many agency jobs. For now, the Real Estate market commission rates remain high because it is controlled by special interest groups that hold a monopoly on the market place even though there seem to be several big Real Estate brokerage firms.

 

The Real Estate market is similar to an institutional monopoly (or a oligopoly as they are called) instead of a pure one company monopoly and it is caused by consolidation in the industry the past two decades. Soon, you will see the same for the Oil industry, gasoline refinery industry, dram chip makers, cell phone industry and so on as more industries follow suit as they are allowed by the FTC to merge. The oil industry is a good example of how the FTC’s willingness to let them merge have created this current state of high gasoline prices in America- less players mean higher gasoline prices, easy to understand. I guess the FTC was unable to see this when they allow big oil to merge during the 1990s and even as early in 2000. The result is ever higher prices for the consumers everywhere. With this, everything else must rise to meet the ever higher costs to pay to do almost anything. The result is consumers will suffer. Let me get back to home selling network idea.

 

Imagine the money can be saved by elderly folks when they sell their homes and they could now use the extra savings to spend for travel around the world or buy things they have put off when they were young. I tell people who are getting older that you can’t take your money with you to the grave because the termites will eat your money in your coffin. So, don’t be stingy and spend it to help revive economies everywhere. Worker’s compensation insurance is a great example of an institutionalized monopoly or oligopoly in that only a few insurance companies are offering such services. If you own your business, the cost is getting to be very expensive – almost $3 per $100 of payroll.

The reason why home sale commissions remain high has several reasons and I could not reveal them here publicly as this would be trade business secrets when we enter this market to help consumers for lower transactions. This is why commissions will remain at 4% to 6% forever unless our company do something about it in the future. We believe monopolies are bad for the world. Ask yourself, why home prices keep going up and yet commission rates still remain the same high commission rates? It doesn’t make any sense. Home prices might have fallen the last 4 years but they remain pretty high compared to 10 years ago. If you ask me, the open house concept is a big joke. The home inspection report is what sells a home.

So, the open house is for agents to tell sellers they have done their work and deserve your 5 to 6% commission rate. As to helping you fill out the buyer agreements, it is much easier than filling in your 1040 EZ tax return. They done it so many times, agents can do it with their eyes closed. The Real Estate industry is one big trick pony if you ask me. We are going to completely turn it up side down one day in the future. Just watch. People don’t believe I have the ideas to completely take over this entire industry in the next 5 to 7 years. Yes, our company is going to make money for humanity by taking over the entire Real Estate market so as to offer consumers much lower pricing to make people happy. Did you know people who buy a home immediately lose 6% of the house value and do you know why? It is worst than buying a new car when you leave the dealers parking lot, people say you lose 10 to 20% right away after signing that sales slip. Yes, one day buying and selling your home could help you keep more of the sales profits for yourself and family and let the buyer notbe under water the moment they purchase a new home.

Let me get back to what our social group network is all about. I always love to talk about our future offerings and ideas for people to think about. We will help you save money for buying as well as selling your homes in the future. In fact, this project can help the housing crisis all over the world one day when home transactions can double from current levels because it is much easier for people to sell and relocate without worrying of paying high 6% commission. 6% is just too much. I sold my homes before. It is easy also. Once you do it once you can do it many times but when we bring our home selling network out, please do use our services so we can make some profits to good use for our future generations to build a better world together. Our new group social network concept, My Humanity Social Network will give people more meaning to build a better life as well as make life fun and interesting. We created many new concepts for the business world and one of them is called Helping Hand Value System where people helping anyone can be recorded so that others will help them in the future. This is a system of good-will as well as able to receive special reward points of value and other rewards from our company. This new system of value is interesting in that no money is exchanged between people instead a favor-system is created. Don’t worry about people cheating the system because I have ways to deal with it.

One day your good deeds can turn into something that is helpful for people when they are in need of help from others which money cannot buy. This system will give rise to greatness for people who help others through out their lifetime. This is what great religious teachers have been teaching people to do and we will set up such a system for the world of humanity.

Examples of what this will bring to humanity and the world – let’s say you have skills in programming and a friend needed your help with his website and you did him a favor (you earned 100 B System Points in our reward point system which can be counted toward rewards from our company). Your deed is recorded and your friend owes you a future favor that he might repay you later on such as his own professional career skills. You can build up value points from using this system and those points have real value from our company as well as value of future deeds from your friends or network of people you have done favor for. Some day our members can exchange favors for members that owe a favor to the friend you helped where your friend might have done a favor for a plumber and now the plumber instead of repaying his debt for your friend he can help you with a plumbing job for free or for much lower fee and you can negotiate with him on better terms or even free so now you and the plumber can build a new relitionship with each other. This is what our social network can do. I think this is a great idea for the world. This can apply to almost anything and everyone.

A favor is more valuable than money if you really think about it, you get to have a friend that will remember your good deeds toward him or her. You can’t buy a great friendship. You earned it from helping others and in return you could need all the help when you are in dispair. Life is full of surprises, sometimes they are bad not good ones. People everywhere now have a place to see their great deeds in helping others be recorded and how people share and help each other in a helping hand system. Once a person builds up a sizable deeds with skills, that person can attract clients or others in exchange for his skills for other forms of skill exchanges between people everywhere and even be able to do business dealings as people will be able to see the points one builds up during their lifetime.

Everybody wins because sometimes a doctor might do a favor for his dentist friend and his dentist friend will return his deeds by giving his doctor friend a free X-ray exam and pull his painful teeth for free. So, in the future, people might be helping each other without the exchange of money because sometimes maybe the doctor is stingy that he doesn’t want to pay for a dentist because his financial situation needs help or for whatever reason. The good news is these value points can be used in our company’s applications such as buying weapons on our future online games or used them for our free lotto games or even be able to be counted toward your child’s free online education programs when we grow in the next year or so. We can bring out more social programs for humanity to help everybody.

This project will complement government social programs and areas where there is a lack from government agencies all over the world. Our doors are always open to anyone who needs help or ask for help. That is what makes our company different. Our company belongs to everyone.

We believe to censor is to suppress. Humanity must learn from our own history what great struggles we all went through before we got to where we are today, anywhere everywhere we might be living now. Do not follow the path of those who have suppressed and censored us before. Keep this in your thoughts and hope we can expand our mind for all of humanity- to learn is to change, to change is to learn. In order to improve the world, we need to learn to change then we can change to continue to learn.

Our mission is like the old wise words of long ago great teachers, give a man a fish you will satisfy his hunger for the day. Teach a man to fish and he can provide for his family. Disclaimer: Just in case we are unable to grow the company as envisioned, I will be the first to offer my apology for not able to help lower home selling for everybody. I really wish this can happen in the future but we have not try it yet so don’t give up for now. We will see in 5 to 6 years from today if this might be possible because it is hard to tear down big established special interest groups or companies. Special lobbies in Washington is a good example of how hard it is to have accountability from them. But we will sure try our best to bring a new way of selling Real Estate to make it much cheaper for everybody so people can use the extra money for spending for better happier life. These commissions are no small change and this is also a sensible thing to do.
